1. 我们收集的资料1. Information we collect

当您通过 WhatsApp、电子邮件或其他联系渠道向我们咨询或下单时，我们可能收集您的姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址、收货地址、订单信息、付款确认资料及沟通记录。When you enquire or place an order through WhatsApp, email or other contact channels, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, payment confirmation information and communication records.

网站服务商也可能处理基本技术资料，例如 IP 地址、浏览器类型及访问日志，用于网站运行及安全维护。Our website service providers may also process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and access logs, for the operation and security of the website.

资料主要由您直接提供，也可能来自协助处理订单的付款或物流服务商。请勿向我们发送银行卡密码、验证码或与订单无关的敏感资料。Information mainly comes from you directly, and may also come from payment or logistics service providers that help process orders. Please do not send us bank card passwords, verification codes or sensitive information unrelated to your order.

我们使用相关资料来回复咨询、确认付款、处理订单、安排配送、提供售后服务、防止欺诈，以及履行适用的法律和记录保存义务。We use the relevant information to reply to enquiries, confirm payments, process orders, arrange delivery, provide after-sales service, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

咨询及下单所需的必要资料，会在收集时说明。如您不提供相关资料，我们可能无法回复、完成订单或安排配送。其他资料可自愿提供。The information required for enquiries and orders will be explained when it is collected. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to reply, complete your order or arrange delivery. Other information may be provided voluntarily.

如开展推广信息订阅，我们会另行征求您的选择。您可随时联系我们停止接收推广信息，不影响正常订单服务。If we run promotional subscriptions, we will ask for your choice separately. You may contact us at any time to stop receiving promotional messages, without affecting normal order services.

3. 资料共享3. Sharing of information

我们只会在相关目的所需范围内，向协助提供服务的物流公司、付款服务商、网站及技术服务商、专业顾问，或依法有权要求资料的机关披露资料。We disclose information only as far as needed for the relevant purpose, to logistics companies, payment service providers, website and technical service providers, professional advisers who help provide our services, or authorities that are legally entitled to require it.

我们不会出售您的个人资料。We do not sell your personal data.

4. WhatsApp、第三方服务及境外处理4. WhatsApp, third-party services and processing outside Malaysia

点击 WhatsApp 或其他第三方链接后，相关服务商会根据其自身的隐私政策处理资料。After you click a WhatsApp or other third-party link, the relevant provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

部分服务商可能在马来西亚以外处理或储存资料。涉及境外传输时，我们会按适用法律评估相关安排，并采取所需的保护措施。Some providers may process or store data outside Malaysia. Where data is transferred abroad, we assess the arrangements under applicable law and take the necessary safeguards.

资料只会在完成相关用途、处理争议或履行法律义务所需的期间内保存；不再需要时，会以适当方式删除或匿名化。Data is kept only for as long as needed to fulfil the relevant purposes, handle disputes or meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised in an appropriate way.

您可联系我们申请查阅或更正个人资料、撤回同意、限制部分处理用途，或提出删除及其他适用法律下的请求。You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, limit certain processing purposes, or make deletion and other requests available under applicable law.

我们可能需要核实您的身份。部分资料可能因法律或未完成的交易而需要继续保存。若您的请求影响订单或售后服务，我们会说明原因。We may need to verify your identity. Some data may need to be retained because of legal requirements or incomplete transactions. If your request affects an order or after-sales service, we will explain why.
