MANCORE 产品规格为柠檬口味粉末条装，每条净含量 2.5g，每盒 4 条，总净含量 10g。The MANCORE product is a lemon-flavour powder in sachets, 2.5g net content per sachet, 4 sachets per box, 10g total net content.

本网站目前以产品展示及 WhatsApp 咨询为主。点击咨询按钮或发送信息，并不代表订单已成立。This website currently focuses on product display and WhatsApp enquiries. Clicking an enquiry button or sending a message does not mean an order has been placed.

付款前，我们会向您确认产品、数量、库存、总价、配送安排及适用的取消或退换货条件。订单以双方确认的内容为准。Before payment, we will confirm with you the product, quantity, stock availability, total price, delivery arrangements and any applicable cancellation or return and exchange conditions. The order is based on what both parties have confirmed.

4. 价格及付款4. Price and payment

除另有注明外，报价以马来西亚令吉（RM）计算。运费及任何适用费用会在付款前说明。Unless stated otherwise, quotations are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Shipping fees and any applicable charges will be explained before payment.

请仅通过官方确认的付款渠道付款。价格调整不追溯影响已经确认的订单。如发现报价错误，我们会在继续处理前联系您，不会未经同意加收费用。Please pay only through officially confirmed payment channels. Price adjustments do not retroactively affect confirmed orders. If a pricing error is found, we will contact you before proceeding and will not charge extra without your consent.

5. 配送5. Delivery

配送范围、费用及预计时间会在确认订单时说明。预计到货时间可能受物流、公共假期或其他情况影响。The delivery area, fees and estimated time will be explained when the order is confirmed. Estimated delivery times may be affected by logistics, public holidays or other circumstances.

请提供准确的收货资料。如需修改地址，请尽早联系我们。若配送延误或包裹出现问题，我们会协助跟进，并说明可用的处理方式。Please provide accurate delivery details. If you need to change the address, please contact us as early as possible. If delivery is delayed or there is a problem with the parcel, we will help follow up and explain the options available.

6. 取消、退换货及退款6. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds

如需取消或修改订单，请尽快联系我们。处理方式取决于订单是否已发货，以及付款前告知您的适用条件。If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. How it is handled depends on whether the order has been shipped and on the applicable conditions told to you before payment.

如收到错误、损坏、缺少或疑似存在质量问题的产品，请保留包装、订单资料及相关照片，并尽快联系我们，以便核实及安排适当补救。If you receive a wrong, damaged or missing product, or one suspected of having a quality problem, please keep the packaging, order details and relevant photos, and contact us as soon as possible so that we can verify and arrange appropriate remedies.

因改变主意提出的退换货申请，按购买前说明的政策处理。已拆封产品可能受到卫生及安全方面的限制，但这不影响您对缺陷、错误描述或其他依法可获补救情况的权利。Return or exchange requests made because of a change of mind are handled under the policy explained before purchase. Opened products may be subject to hygiene and safety restrictions, but this does not affect your rights regarding defects, misdescription or other situations where remedies are available under the law.

退款获确认后，我们会告知退款金额、方式及预计处理时间。Once a refund is confirmed, we will tell you the refund amount, method and estimated processing time.
